to Air photography of your corporate or personal aircraft is one of
the more unique services we offer. Our pilot and photographer work
together to establish a safe formation flight plan which includes an
additional pilot of our choice to fly the subject aircraft along
with the aircraft’s pilot. An extensive preflight safety briefing
is held prior to flying the assignment.

»Businesses
and Municipalities:
Both large and small businesses have
infinite uses for aerial photographs. Hotels, restaurants, shopping
centers, industries, manufacturers, schools, small local businesses
and large franchised corporations use aerial images in brochures,
commercials, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, calendars, annual
reports and many other applications. Aerial photographs can offer a
view that shows location advantages, access, relational views, and
surrounding development.
»Construction
Progress:
Construction progress photos are great tools for architects,
engineers, and contractors. They are taken at regularly scheduled
intervals as determined by the client and are customized per the
client’s intended usage. Typically these images begin in the
pre-planning and site evaluation stage and span through the
completion of the project. Site managers find the photos useful
strategic planning tools for material deliveries, subcontractor
sequencing, overall monitoring of quality, and evaluation for
possible changes. Progress photos also document the proof of
performance for the owner and investors, as well as, provide
powerful presentation visual for the Board of Directors and/or
potential future clients. The final photo of the completed project
makes an impressive gift for the owner and a wonderful display piece
for the contractor’s office.

»Golf
Courses:
Scenic aerial photographs of golf courses are great for promotional
campaigns, brochures, websites, PowerPoint presentations, posters,
calendars, many other advertising specialties, and wall displays in
the club house. Aerial images are also often used for future
planning and design projects.
»Marine:
Images of both commercial and
personal watercraft from the air add a special element that is just
missing in water level photos. Images can be taken for marketing
materials, boat races, or to just capture a day out on the water
with the family. (Click

»Real Estate:
Developers, realtors, farmers, mortgage companies, financial
institutions, landowners, and homeowners can all benefit from the
unique advantages of aerial photos. For many properties, an aerial
photograph is the ONLY way to view the entire parcel.
»Developers
can capture the entirety of the
project layout.
»Realtors
can gain a marketing edge with the
use of aerial photos. Amy & Company, Inc. aerial photographs
can help you sell that property! There is an inherent perception
that aerial photography is reserved for only the finest properties
and studies show that prospective buyers look at aerial images
longer. Typically commercial real estate properties, waterfront
estates, farms and large home sites are best captured from the air.
And after the property sells, the aerial photos make a great gift
for the new owner.

monitoring of crops and pasture lands.
»Individuals

greatest investment.
»Forestry
and Environmental:

waterways, beaches and wetlands aid in the monitoring and management
of natural resources, water pollution, wetlands habitats, shoreline
changes, rate of erosion, emergency cleanup projects, hazardous
waste sites, wildfire prevention and control, vegetation and tree
volume, and assessment of damage from fires, floods and pests.

»Special Events:
Images from above are a great way to capture the overall picture of
special events. They make terrific sponsor gifts and are great
visuals to use in future promotional materials, media releases, and
on websites.
